No. The Handstand Program is designed for complete beginners through to experienced movers. You’ll start at an appropriate level and progress step by step, with no pressure to rush.

Is Beambod right for me if I’m already experienced?

Yes. If you already train or have some handstand experience, the program helps refine technique, improve shoulder strength, build better balance, and increase control and endurance rather than relying on momentum or guesswork.

What equipment do I need?

Very little.

You can complete the Handstand Program with just bodyweight and a wall.

If you choose to use the included Rings Strength Program, you’ll need a set of gymnastic rings, but this is optional and used to support your handstand progress.

How long are the sessions?

Most sessions are 20–40 minutes, depending on your level and focus.

They’re designed to be effective without being time-consuming, making them easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Can I train if I’m not flexible or strong yet?

Absolutely. You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start, the program helps you build both over time. Progressions are scaled to your current ability and adapt as you improve.
